This policy was created with care and transparency, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8.078/90), to ensure that your experience with our atelier is clear and respectful from beginning to end.
Our work is artisanal, made with time, attention to detail, and conscious choices. For this reason, we kindly ask you to read the information below with care.
We work with two types of products:
Ready-to-ship pieces, already finished and available for immediate dispatch
Made-to-order pieces, handcrafted after order confirmation
Each piece is created in an авторial way, making every step of the process unique.
In accordance with Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, purchases made outside a physical store may be canceled within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date the product is received.
This right applies:
only to ready-to-ship pieces
It does not apply:
to made-to-order pieces, as they are produced especially for you, following individual choices and specifications
For the return to be accepted within the legal period, the following conditions must be met:
the piece must be unused
the original tag must be intact and attached, with no signs of removal or tampering
Once these conditions are met, a full refund will be issued, including shipping costs. The return shipping cost will be covered by the atelier.
Made-to-order pieces are created exclusively after order confirmation, respecting the choices made by the customer.
For this reason:
we do not accept returns due to withdrawal
we do not offer exchanges based on personal preference, color, size, or subjective expectations
This practice is permitted under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, considering the personalized nature of these products.
If your piece presents a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 90 (ninety) days, as provided by law for durable goods.
After contact and evaluation:
we will have up to 30 days to resolve the issue
if repair is not possible, you may choose between:
exchange for another piece
refund of the amount paid
proportional price reduction
This warranty applies to both made-to-order and ready-to-ship pieces.
We understand that, occasionally, a choice may not fully meet expectations.
However, the Consumer Protection Code does not require exchanges based on personal preference, color, or size. When possible, we may evaluate exchange requests exclusively for ready-to-ship pieces, provided that:
the request is made within 7 days of receiving the product
the piece is unused
the original tag is intact and attached
shipping costs are paid by the customer
To proceed with an exchange or return, the piece must:
show no signs of use
have the original tag intact and not removed
be sent with all original accessories
be properly packaged to ensure safe transport
Pieces with removed, damaged, or missing tags will not be eligible for exchange or return.
If you need to request an exchange or return, please contact us through our service channels and provide:
order number
reason for the request
photos or videos, when applicable
We will respond with care and attention.
After receiving and inspecting the piece:
the refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase
